Yknow, one of my biggest fears is that I forget to make an actual name for a chapter because I use the dumbest place names

Like the one I'm working on rn litterly has the placeholder name 'pp'

TLDR: People are gonna see your work for your story, not your chapter titles. If one of your chappies is named “pp”, 1) its funny lol and 2) no one really bothers with chapter titles? Like, sure, chapter titles can give the reader a bit of info to what they’re getting into, but in the long run, chapter titles doesnt reflect your work.

Sry for such a weird turn of tone there ha. But yes pp is a good title what do you mean “no”

+ the chapter name doesnt define your work. You make super serious titles when it’s literally just crack? Those titles dont mean anything. If its a super weird and odd title for a chapter that is probably the main pount of the story, no ones gonna remember the chaprer — sure, they’ll remember what chapter it was, but overall theyre gonna focus on the story aspect more.

Also side note if u make something else after u finish tdad (IF you finish it. no pressure) maybe just do chapter numbers instead? I find that its easier to just not write a title at all for my chapters because if you focus too much on the chapter name it could show in your work (better explanation: if u do 60% of ur time on a chapter TITLE and only like 20% on ur chapter, its gonna,,,, reflect? Plus not every chapter has to have a good name or a fitting one at that) and you could just,,, run out of ideas? And maybe, someday, your chapters all worked up and ready but then — *then* — you get stuck on the chapter name, which isnt very important in the long run of your work, and you stress and work over it and redo it and do everything you can to make a good title, but it just doesnt work, and so you kinda just let it sit there hoping that it’ll come to you eventually. Because you need this thing to be good, cant just out a number because that would be weird after so many chapter titles. And it wont. It didn’t, so now you don’t get a chapter out and now.. well, now your just stuck between a rock and a hard place.

And i know im exaggerating a lot but it could happen, you know? And i just want you to know that whatever chapter title you come up with, or whayever chapter title you forgot to change before publication doesn’t really matter, if at all. What people are going to look back on when seeing your fic is your writing, your plot, your story — not your chapter titles.

As many know of by now, the popular Youtuber that went by Technoblade, or The One Who Never Dies, has lost his war. We will miss him forever. His war against cancer ended sometime earlier this month. He may be dead, but in our minds and hearts he will forever live on.

I used to watch him when I was little younger than I am now, I wasn't donating to him or anything because I dont have money and I wasn't that much of a die-hard fan but.. I was still attached to his character. To hear that he had passed hurt me deeply, and I would have cried if I knew how. I haven't cried in 2 years but God I wish I could just shed one tear in his memory.

We will miss you forever, and may you hunt all the orphans you want in the afterlife.

Rest in peace, the one who made a impact in our hearts; Technoblade. Even if you are gone, you've never left the place in our hearts. May you be at peace now. o7
