Favourite books: HP, PJO, TFIOS, TMI, TID, THG, and, of course, the books that have titles that don't need to be abbreviated: Divergent, The Host, Darren Shan series, Death Note (if manga counts as a book), Demonata, and The Maze Runner.

Favourite TV shows: Misfits, My Mad, Fat Diary, Sherlock, Death Note (if that counts (again)), Doctor Who, Supernatural, Teen Wolf, How I Met Your Mother (notice how I write all of that but abbreviate Harry Potter), and The Big Bang Theory.
