If any of you lot are 1975/Pale Waves/Beabadoobee/No Rome stans and you have Twitter/Instagram you need to tweet DirtyHit and ask them why they’re refusing to treat their Black artists with the respect they deserve. Not only the artists though, the other black creatives they have under their belt. 
          
          They refuse to let their black artists leave their label when they are not being represented and/or being given creative freedom for their own image. They’re also not even bothering to pay creatives the amount they deserve stating they pay “the industry standard of 10%” - THEY ARE NOT THE INDUSTRY and they do not choose the rates of the creatives they “work with”
