today, monday, october 10, 2018, was world mental health day. mental health is so important, for many their headspace is the difference between life and death. talk about your feelings, your struggles. talk to your friends and family members, encourage them to open up to you. open up to your friends and family. try to be aware of what people are going through, and if you don't know, be nice. they could be going through a really tough time right now, and your kindness could make a huge difference. be mindful of other people and how your actions might affect them, because you never truly know what is happening in their life. world mental health day is such an important day, not just for those who struggle with a mental illness, but for everyone. talk to friends, make new ones, look out for others. we're all in this together. message me if you need to talk to someone. i can't give advice, but i can listen and be there for you. someone loves you, and you may not even know it❤️
