happy 10 years to the band that lead me into my teens and, now, my early adulthood. i love those boys (and the fandon, ofc) so much and i always will. i know i wasn't here for the last 5 years or so but i never stopped loving and supporting our boys. in a weird way, this band is what got me into writing. the very first fanfic i ever wrote was a liam payne fic and it ended up getting super popular on Quotev, which i will never understand. it was TERRIBLE. i constantly find myself thinking about all the good friends i made through this fandom, all the laughs and cries i had (i'm looking at you, SOML music video), the nights i spent waiting for new music to drop, the long ass livestream i dedicated myself to watching on 1D Day (almost broke my laptop), the time the fandom came together to break the youtube record on the Best Song Ever music video.
          
          i'm glad to have had this band be such a big part of my life. happy 10 years, 1D.
