I’m 15 chapters into corrections and editing with Love Notes and I’ve yet to shorten one chapter. That was my whole aim. 
          Oh well!

When people use the phrase ‘January blues’ it feels like a personal attack. My birthday is January and I enjoy it very much 
          
          Anyway, I’m trying to get back into writing and reading this year. I’ve deleted my socials for some head space and want to give extra time to things I actually enjoy. 
          
          Wattpad is a tough one to communicate on, especially since they removed DMs, so if you guys know of any monthly book clubs or anything like that plz let me know!

I try not to watch the number of reads too much as it might not move for weeks at a time, but I logged on to see 5k reads on Love Notes today! Given that it’s at a time when I’m not at all active, it’s genuinely blown my mind! 

I’m in full on packing mode here as we move super soon! The first 5 chapters of love notes have now been edited, and I plan to have the next 2-3 of PIOP up during the week. 
          
          I’d love to have the first 20  of LN edited and up before we move but won’t commit to it. I can’t wait to be in and settled and more active on here. I really miss reading other peoples stories and being part of the community, but such is life :) 

Oh boy! What a long week! Planning to upload the first few chapters of  Put It On Paper later this eve and then will be continuing the edits on Love Notes over the weekend. Hope the week has been kind to everyone. 
          
          Also- is anyone seriously missing DMs or just me??? 

So I started to upload the edited version of ‘Love Notes’ over the weekend. If you’ve already read it don’t worry, nothing in the story changes, I’m just amending some grammar and spelling mistakes along with any phrasing that wasn’t quite right. 
          
          It’s funny, love notes has just under 4K reads here but over 30k on Inkitt and yet I still prefer the social element of Wattpad. With Inkitt I’m never even fully sure if people can see that I reply to their comment. Chatting just doesn’t seem to be the done thing over there. 
          
          Anyway! There’s my Monday thoughts. Hope you all enjoyed the weekend!

          Just updating things here! I went MIA for a long time:( we’re in the middle of buying a house and it was just so messy that I couldn’t commit to writing ‘Put It On Paper’ properly so I tucked it away in the back of my mind. 
           
          I did go ahead and add ‘Love Notes’ to Inkitt while giving it a good edit though as that didn’t take up too much time. I plan to transfer those edits to Wattpad over the next week or two and then dive right back into ‘Put It On Paper’, which is why I’ve unpublished it for the moment. I want to fix one or two errors before continuing it so that it’s all fluid.
