so, this past year i gained 15-20 pounds in a few months and i was so frustrated. i was working out and annoyed because the weight came out of nowhere. THAT'S WHEN I FOUND OUT OH SHIT I MIGHT BE GLUTEN FREE. after legit not even one week i lost 4 pounds by cutting out gluten. crazy huh? i did not expect to see such a quick response. I had a little bit of gluten and I had a gluten baby aka was hecka bloated. just giving this advice out for those who had been experiencing headaches and a ton of bloating. i had 10/10 symptoms of a gluten sensitivity so if you gained weight and didn't know where it came from do some research because you might possibly have a gluten sensitivity. xx
