Maybe start saving stories on a doc? And if they get deleted you would make a new story thingy and paste the writing?

He took a deep breath in and held it for as long as he could in a futile attempt to stop himself from crying. Both Mr Bentley and Officer Charleston could only watch him utterly helplessly.
          
          
          "You don't have a dummy with you, do you?" Logan asked as he heard Alfie continue to cry on the other end of the phone.
          
          
          Mr Bentley was taken aback by the question,  had no idea that Alfie used a dummy at all.

Here’s one last thing you could try, did you ever use a mobile device with the wattpad app that was offline at the time your book was taken down but online before? If so, go somewhere without internet and you should be able to access your book via the writing tool like when you were still writing it, then you can copy it out and paste it back In later

Check your “my works” section for the unlikely daddy
          
          If it’s not there you could export the folder with a name like “com.wattpad” or similar to recover it that way
          
          Otherwise you could rewrite it if you feel up to it, we all miss it and you
