guys, i’m retiring from wattpad until i finish my actual book. i’ve been putting it on hold because i was going through writer’s block, but i finally got my drive back and am in the know of where im going again. i’ll try to update Spot as much as i can, but there’s no guarantee it’ll be a regular schedule. my real book should be finished before next june, but i also plan to have Spot finished for you guys before then as well. after i’ve published my real book, i’ll return to wattpad permanently instead of periodically and finally pump out Zain’s story from YSLT. it’s already outlined, i just have to write more chapters for it.

‘cause its getting a reboot. i reread it, hated it, and thought of ways to thicken the plot and make it less rushed. i also wanna add more “hatred” to it, because its supposed to be enemies to lovers, but the enemy aspect wasn’t correctly depicted

do you have any tips for writing a story?

Plan it out first. The characters, the storyline, the time of year, the setting, everything. Also make sure to stay in one tense (like past, present, future etc.) As humans, we naturally switch what we speak in during just one sentence but writing shouldn’t be that way. And if you’re writing about something that you have little to no knowledge on, DO YOUR RESEARCH. And make sure to describe everything as best as possible.
