@openblossomcommunity I will agree with @Katiegoesmew that if you do not have the screen set just right, it can be a touch jarring to read all of the text in that block font. Perhaps for just the header? Regardless, my suggestion would be to update the section where people are submitting to have a rundown of the categories with how many slots are remaining and when those categories are closed. It's extra work for you, yet it has it clearly put directly on that page where people are applying and filing their forms so there can be no mistake as to what is available and what isn't. 
          	  
          	  Everyone appreciates what you are doing, what you have done, and also understands how stressful this can be. Remember to take a breath and just try to focus on the fun of it. If it's no longer fun, then it's not worth doing.

          Lately, many participants are submitting forms without
          reading the chapters of the awards book. This shows  
          a level of carelessness that creates extra work and  
          confusion — especially when the instructions were  
          clearly mentioned from the beginning.
          
           have already stated that you must read and vote on  
          EVERY chapter of the awards book.  
          However, some are only voting on 2–3 chapters and  
          then submitting the form.  
          This is unfair to others who are following the rules  
          properly.
          
          I also clearly mentioned which categories are filled  
          and which ones have vacant slots.  
          But some participants are ignoring this and choosing  
          categories that are already locked — or even worse,  
          selecting categories that *don’t exist* in this awards.
          
            means you need to check updates whenever
          a chapter is posted. This responsibility cannot be put  
          on the host alone.

          Please visit ALL chapters again —  
          You will clearly see which categories are locked  
          and which still have space.  
          I have already added a lock symbol on filled categories  
          to make it easier.

@openblossomcommunity I think the problem may be….new participants is not noticing or viewing the accepted nominees chapter…but they will definitely notice the category chapter before submitting form…so i suggest you to add a lock symbol or you can mention the word CLOSED on the categories chapter too. I hope this will be helpful for you :)
