Y'all ever just be thinking about your emotions and realise your not ok but then your thoughts tell you things like "your an attention who're", " Other people have it worse", "your being dramatic". So then you just stop thinking about how you feel all together and cringe at the fact you even thought about them and feel bad about yourself coz same ಥ‿ಥ
