A not so exciting announcement to anyone who is following me here, but I will no longer be hosting my works on Wattpad. Wattpad has recently implemented a new AI tool to flag stories and community guidelines have gotten a lot stricter. Naturally, majority of my works were shadowbanned due to me writing things of graphic and sexual nature. I’m so tired of censorship. Apparently marking stories as mature isn’t enough,  if it has a little too much sex or violence, it’s at risk for deletion. 
          
          Anyway, I’m tired of my works being at risk as I already had one of them deleted back in February with no warning. I’ve unpublished everything and I will strictly be posting to my Ao3 account that is under the same username, ourwickedlies. I started posting there first anyway and Ao3 has always taken priority. Sorry to anyone who exclusively reads on Wattpad as well as the rest of you who initially found my fics here. I promise that my in progress works Something Sweet and The Fall of the House of Dimitrescu live on despite my lack of updating due to writer’s block. When I do update, you can find them on Ao3 as well as being able to read any of my fics there in the meantime. 
          
          Sorry again, but I can’t support this app anymore if they’re going to be this strict with writers.

Took down the original message thanks to autocorrect typos. Anyway, my work The Ritual was taken down without a reason other than Wattpad stating “guidelines” without telling me which guideline was broken. I read over the guidelines myself and can’t quite figure it out since my story was marked appropriately for sexual content. It’s honestly amazing that my story was singled out when there’s plenty here with similar if not more graphic content. I reposted the work since Wattpad doesn’t have an appeal process which is ridiculous, they’re acting as if their faulty ai can’t make mistakes which it clearly did in this case. If it happens again, I’ll likely stop hosting my work here. As always, I prioritize ao3 and you can find me there under the same username.
