@outbreakrs: [perhaps neriah has yet to fully grasp everything, like what made it so pressing to live throughout all of this. the only reason why it remained one of it’s goal to survive was because it was what their past companions had said to do. however, the fundamental behind such a sentiment was yet to be taken into account.] i would not lie, i believe it would be rather embarrassing to do so over something so trivial. [it sounds convincing, although there’s an unquestionably unsettling nature behind them. blue irises more than ever curious to stare at the other, why struggle so hard when he’s in so much pain? when the man decides to move, it doesn’t take it as rejection, and instead follows along quietly. watching as the figure stumbles around,] a recessive? i wouldn’t know what that means. . a zombie? i can help you, wandering around with such an injury surely won’t bode well for you. you’re much weaker now in comparison.

˖ ̼ ̼ ̼ ̼ ̼ ̼ ̼ ̼ ̼ @blesseur a run-in with another survivor - or even now two -- was the last thing he needed. his head throbbed, bloodied and bruising from the metal that had previously connected to it. just his luck, a mugging and another surprise visitor, no doubt here to see him off too. what a successful scavenge this came to be. he had no time to think about the ache in his bones as he slaps the hovering hand away from him. he barely acknowledges the would spinning as he turns and pushes up onto his hands, then his knees. the bout of nausea that comes with the blood rush stops him there, however. `` like hell you have.. " came a disbelieving, groaned out scoff. he placed his palm to his head, screwing his eyes shut as if it would fix all his problems. `` you better not be one of those damn recessives, I swear.. i'll blow your head clean off.. " finally grounding himself enough, he pushes himself to his feet with a stumble, pointing a glare to the entity as if that would do much help. `` get lost.. I don't need to deal with any more crap. "

@outbreakrs: [it’s been months since neriah had settled on earth, but the entity had yet to fully understand the gravity of the situation. they had learned from other’s that this is what human’s called a ‘zombie apocalypse.’ except what did that mean exactly? it wasn’t until a hoard had attempted to feast on them that they finally understood—a missing arm that took ages to grow again, to know there were two definite sides in this altercation. neriah had been wandering for two days by now, a gnawing hunger buzzing. upon stumbling to an abandoned convenience store, it was surprised to see an unconscious body that began to stir upon their approach. leaning forward, knees bent, the creature observed quietly. unable to define what the human felt underneath their presence, but neriah’s head merely tilts.] i’ve been watching over you, [as if it’s convincing enough for the other to trust them. a hand reaching forward, gloved fingers touching the wound on his head. a twisted desire to press further until it’s fingernails met skull.] i’m not going to hurt you, we work for the same goal which is to survive. could i help you? i have bandages.
