whew y’all i got WHIPLASH logging back into this acct.
to cut to the chase, i’m not *back* and i don’t think anyone who originally followed me will see this, but just in case you happen to stumble upon it i wanted to give y’all a little life update :)
- i made this account when i was ELEVEN years old, i probably told y’all i was older (ofc i now know that is wrong and could get me into scary situations. i did a lot of side eye worthy behavior here but im now grown and know better) but I’m now 18 going on 19, recently graduated from high school with honors, currently in cosmetology school, and will be studying abroad in tokyo next fall!!
- i still write frequently, just not here. i don’t think i will ever return to write here. sometimes i just like to check in.
- i still remember and think of almost all the friends/people I had positive interactions with on here. i was going through a relatively rough patch when i created this account, and some of you genuinely helped me feel better. and if you’re reading this, i thank you.
- i learned this difference between your and you’re (long time coming!)
- i now know it’s completely wrong to post someone else’s content without asking them first even if i credit them (this still haunts me at night).
- most importantly, I’m living a happy life 11/12 year old me didn’t think i’d have. not trying to toot my own horn, but in doing pretty damn good compared to what how younger me thought i’d be doing. lordisla/islafullbuster/MCD_FAN (as in minecraft diaries NOT mcdonald’s lol) would be proud :)
i love every single person that interacted with love, i hope all of your younger selves are proud of you too.
