first off keeping in touch with friends is really important, especially when all u wanna do is push them away— secondly cleaning ur room/work space is huge because we both know its a mess and that simple action can make things feel lighter. third and most importantly set small goals, stop think of this big picture and all the thing u gotta do, choose one thing, like folding ur clothes, and do it. Also drink lots of water because i know how it feels to not even want to get out of bed and eat so make she you drink lots of water.
