Hey guys, gals, and non-binary pals! I hope you all have/had amazing days! I recently started my own journal with little moments of happiness that happen throughout the day. I find it helpful because it makes me look at the goodness in life and I can look back on the happy memories that I had on my bad days or when I'm feeling down. My mind works in a weird way because I don't really remember things, I remember feelings. I just thought I'd share my Journal of Joy idea with you all because this a crazy time we live in and we all need those little moments of happiness in life. Love y'all!
