I didn't want to share it on the book itself just in case the author comes back, but I remember really enjoying that book even if it has been over a year from the last time I read it. Basically, the stranger she takes in turns out to be a prominent duke. Even if he thinks of her as a dream when he first wakes up, I remember he leaves immediately after he gets slightly better and wants nothing to do with her much to her disappointment. However, a servant from his estate shows up at her door after he got a fever while healing. I don't remember all the details, but I do remember that he was attacked which was how he ended up at her house and that a lot of plot revolved around who sent the attacker and dealings with other people in the aristocracy. Also there was a happy ending, and I really hope she reuploads the rest of the chapters so you can read it for yourself. Also, please take these spoilers with a grain of salt because it has been such a long time. But TBH if I found a book that was mostly removed and found a comment from someone who had read it, I would wish they would give me closure on how that story ended up. Have a nice day <3.
