          انه يوم مقدس لدى المسلمين لكني اعتقد ان اليوم المقدس لديكم هو الاحد

My senior, an ex student of my school, committed suicide just recently (last thursday) by jumping from his university building.  
          
          I'm using this message to tell everyone who cares to read this that no matter how tough things get in life, suicide is never the solution. Things may become overwhelming, but never lose hope. If you're feeling depressed or you need someone to talk to, reach out to your loved ones or seek therapy early. I'm also here for you if you need to talk. 
          
          Suicide is not a joke! Depression is not a joke! If you're hurting, please reach out to someone for help. A problem shared is half solved. I pray that in trying times like this, we won't lose hope.
