Assalamu Alaikum, I hope you are doing well. As you know, Ramadan has started. During this blessed month, many people make an effort to read the Qur'an. It is common for people to ask each other how much they have completed. While reading the Qur'an is a great act of worship and brings many rewards, we should also remember the real purpose of the Qur'an. The Qur'an was not revealed just for recitation. It is a book of guidance for those who seek the right path. Allah has sent down His words to help us live our lives in the best way. The Qur'an is in Arabic, and many of us do not understand this language. We read it, but do we truly know what Allah is telling us? We should not just recite the words but also reflect on their meaning. I encourage you to read the Qur'an with translation this Ramadan. Read it in your native language so that you can understand its message. Do not worry about what others say. Your reward is with Allah, and He knows your intentions. It is not about how many times you complete the Qur'an but how much you understand and apply in your life. Remember, we can never satisfy people, but our goal should be to please Allah alone. May Allah guide us to the straight path and bless us abundantly.May Allah increase our understanding of His words and grant us the ability to follow His guidance.
