if you feel that way about yourself you should talk to someone. yes i’ve felt worthless and starved myself before but nothing about killing myself. and saying all those things about your self makes it worse, ya know? like if you say you’re a whore and you don’t deserve anything soon you’ll start to believe it. studies show that if you talk good about yourself you start to believe it. and that if you fake a smile your brain will think that you actually are happy cause if you to be happy. and don’t say stuff like “oh you don’t understand” because i do understand, i’m still recovering from all this stuff, i’m trying to eat more and think more positively of myself and you should do the same. surrounding yourself with good people and vibes, listen to empowering music, i have a playlist for it if you want it. just reach of to people you trust, this account, or care about, i know i’m technically a stranger in the internet but you can reach out to me because i have some ways to help you because they helped me. the last thing you should do is get rid of yourself.
