One final evening with my truly beloved, one last time to see your face... though you lay there motionless and cold, the memory of your warm embrace still lingers. Like the blood threwn across the tablecloth, yet your glass remains empty and cold. If only I could, I would bring back that radiant smile. Restore the light that once filled your eyes. But your decaying body speaks differently on the matter. It no longer eases my pain, only prolongs my suffering. However now that I look at it, you've never truly cared. Your selfish, antagonistic ways brought us to an end, you and I. You've left me broken and alone, and you've decided to part from this life. You loaded the gun, and I pulled the trigger. It happened so fast, yet its been happening forever. Blind to the truth and led astray by this desease we call love. And so Ill say, one final night with my truly beloved, one last time to part our ways... oh what I'd give to go back.. but now I've nothing left but to sit with you, and rot together, just us two.
