Yoongi, the heir to the throne, is having an affair with the palace’s stable boy. It starts off with small kisses stolen throughout the day, hidden in one of the horse stalls. Then they had gotten more dangerous, even going as far as making love under the night sky in the field where the horses run around during the day.
Yoongi loves the thrill, craves the burn of doing something so scandalous under the blind gaze of his parents. Until he is set to be married, and what he thought was a little fling between him and Hoseo had turned out to be more. Yet he already agreed to the betrothal, which breaks not only one heart, but two.
Hoseok avoids Yoongi for the rest of his stay as a stable boy, and Yoongi understands very well. He secretly has his eyes on Hoseok from his window in the palace anyway. But the moment he catches a breath of rumours going around the palace ground about the stable boy’s transfer, he quite literally goes insane.

He shows up to the all too familiar stables, sweaty and a bit out of breath, and sees Hoseok brushing one of the horse’s hair.
“You’re leaving? You cannot leave. I forbid you to leave.”
“It is not your choice, your royal grace.” Hoseok grits, and he doesn’t turn to Yoongi at all. Yoongi hates the title of his ranking leaving Hoseok’s heart shaped lips. It burns. Hurts in every way possible. Because between them, titles never mattered.
“It is my choice. I will take it up to my parents. You can’t leave.” Yoongi says frustratedly, and Hoseok seemed to snap as he finally looked at the prince.
“And what good will it be if I were to stay? To mourn the love that we never shared in the first place?” Hoseok speaks through gritted teeth, anger visible on his face. It reflects the same anger of when they first met. That day Yoongi had bossed him around until he was pinned to the stall with a knee between his legs. He flushes. “Do you really hate me that much to make me stay and watch you marry another man?”
“I don’t hate you! But I can’t let you go.” Yoongi stammered, and Hoseok’s rendered speechless. He placed the brush down and approached Yoongi with large strides. “W-what are you doing?”
“You’re selfish, conceited.” Hoseok spits before gripping the back of Yoongi’s neck and slamming their lips together. The kiss is searing as Yoongi finally lets go, tears running between their lips as the kiss continues. “I love you so much. But I will never beg you to love me in return. Because loving me is a given, my darling. This is my goodbye.”
And Hoseok leaves.
And He breaks Yoongi’s heart all over again.
And that’s all I had in my mind and just wanted to get this off my chest kaksksksksksk I will write a full blown story on this prompt whenever I have the chance, I just wanted you all to read a snippet of something lollllllll❤️

@pandaxjin YOU WRITE SO WELL it was just that..I came back to wattpad after a long time..Cause I was HELLA Addicted...I wanted to read smth short and complete..and I stayed upto 3 AM to find it was not.... DAMN I'M TALKING TO A GENIUS AUTHOR
