@ALPbooks Oh, I totally understand. One of my favorite fan fics of all time had a gap of nearly ten years between the beginning of the climax and when the author got around to writing the ending, so there was a point I expected they would never update (and resented them for it a little ngl). I am humbled to see that people still read this story and are reaching out; attention is such a valuable resource, that I do not take it for granted when people choose to take time to read my work. And I am still here, aiming to keep going to the end, even if I have to do so more slowly than I would like. Couldn't get this story out of my head, which is why I kept coming back to it. <3 Thank you for your patience!

@pandouro Heya! Good to see you're writing again (in general) I've been having time problems with writing too :( Life happens, and stories have to be put on hold sometimes. Yet, that doesn't make them any less good! When I first read your story a odd bunch of years ago I'd lost hope of ever seeing the story pop up with 'new chapter' attached (Still traumatised from the disappearance of the story 'Only you' btw... who isn't?) So I may have had some crooked fears for your acc and stories:(

Btw, I am still here. ^_^ Currently working on Chapter 47. Having a full time job makes things a little slow going, but I'm making progress with my pockets of time and the climax is sketched out, so I'm feeling good about it. Happy November to you all. <3

Just letting y'all know I am still here. Chapter 45 currently in progress. It appears that Wattpad sometimes may not notify everyone when new chapters are posted (sometimes I also don't get notified of comments and likes until days later), so I may give the announcement function a try as well.           But, it's been about at least 3yrs, ma'am ╥﹏╥ so I'll have to reread the book

@AmiraPSalawe Good question! This is also something that I ask myself frequently :'‑D
            Really, it is up to you...
            I am currently actively working on GS again (in the middle of Chpt 44 rn), but haven't really gotten a sense of what the rhythm will look like just yet. If I were you, I would be skeptical. Suspicious, even. (≖_≖ )
            
            So, a compromise could be that you wait to see how frequently the next few chapters are posted and then decide from there lol
