Dear Reader,

Hey, my name's Madelin and I'm a freshman in High School.

I'm not an 'aspiring writer' like most people on this website claim to be, I just know that I'm going to somehow manage to weave my way into the business chock full of books with emotions spilling out of their pages. 

How do I know this, you ask? Well, that's simple to answer—considering that I've already decided that I'm going to dedicate my life to writing. I'm going to strive to be the best writer I can be and strive to get discovered before college; but it's a hassle since all of you on Wattpad are talented authors. 

That might have sounded a bit cocky (the bit about me knowing), and you may think that I'm pompous, however, that's not my personality at all! If you become my friend, you'll probably be able to notice the enormous difference between the me whilst writing and the me you hang out with. 

Some people say I'm mature for my age, but I assure you that I'm most certainly not—my personality (or IQ level) all depends on who you are. As mentioned formerly, if you get to know me, you'll inevitably find out who I really am. (Not saying that this is a façade, because it's not)

SHORT BACKSTORY: I started reading plays in the third grade, began writing in the fourth grade, and continued writing up to this very present day. Writing was a way for me to cope with my  feelings, almost as if I would leave a little part of me in every single word I wrote. 

Take into consideration that I'm only fourteen (I've yet to finish absorbing all of my literary skills), therefore there will be unpreventable mistakes in my writing as for I am human, and I am not perfect.

If you're reading this part right now, you've either read my entire 'About Me', or you skipped (maybe skimmed through) all of it and your eyes happened to land here. First off, I'd like to thank you for just being on my page (an author is nothing without her readers) and you deserve an award.
