unfortunately, i would never be able to tell apart between a human writer and ai.
it's not because i have poor comprehension skills or discernment, but more because i always have faith in the writers of fiction that i come across and would wholeheartedly believe that it was made with skill, love, and devotion.
that and also because ai uses a set writing system that writers follow. why? because human writers are the blueprint that the script copies. historical authors that predates technology showcase writing that follows themes that are being used as "evidence" for ai use.
and i'm very sad to think that a lot of competent and genuinely creative authors may face heavy accusations as frauds in the craft that they love and share for the public.
my friend once called it a "witch hunt", and i fear she's right.
but let it be known that i still condemn the frauds who use ai, i value authenticity no matter how good of a writing it is. i'd still choose a horrifically grammared or poorly edited fiction over a lie. i also condemn them for the sake of the writers who are genuine in the worlds they crafted in words. i condemn them for planting the seed of hatred in others, and for literally contributing to the system that failed the earth - all because they cannot trust their own words.
i hope that those genuinely talented writers, who may have faced baseless accusations, won't feel disheartened in continuing their writing. i'll always appreciate their work and in them for entrusting us readers with it.
