Getting used to Peter and his frequent visits to the compound was rather difficult for Vision, admittedly. It wasn't that Vision found him distasteful, or was uncomfortable in his presence, or particularly disliked him, it was just... strange seeing the young adult so often and almost always in Tony's company. He wasn't yet an official member of the Avengers (he called himself a "Friendly Neighbourhood Spiderman", a rather odd termology, as it seemed to imply that there were multiple Spidermen, each one with a designated neighbourhood to protect) and yet he seemed to fit so readily in. Jealousy didn't seem like the right word, but Vision had to admit he was rather envious of the close relationship he had with his creator, Tony. It just seemed... somewhat unfair that Vision was so often dismissed as unworthy of the others company or nature and experienced enough to handle himself, despite being only two years old. Sure, Wanda was definitely supportive... but was it so wrong to desire some of his creator's support and care?
Either way, Vision could not bring himself to dislike Peter, but nor could he fully like him as much as he wish he could. It felt awful, really, being upset at someone for something they had no control over, and yet he was.
Perhaps he ought to try and get closer to him, to try and offset that awful, uncontrollable feeling?

With his new task in mind, Vision phased through walls and floors, trying to find Peter to suggest some form of activity with him. Would Peter like to play chess or cards with him? Vision didn't know, but he was determined to find out.

@-infinitesimal / thanks! sorry for the wait. ah, peter meanwhile was focuses on his spanish homework. he had come to the avengers compound for focus but now thinking about it he should've just gone home. things were too exciting for the teen to sit and practice future tenses of ' tiende ' and ' ir '. he probably would have forgotten to focus if someone didn't walk by and remind him to actually do the work. finally, he had finished and stuffed the paper in the bag. he was off to find tony and possibly help him with building something. he only stopped when vision phased through the wall right in front of him. thankfully he was quick enough to step back as the android appeared. " i'm not ever gonna get used to that. " peter noted, grabbing his bag that he had dropped when he had jumped back. " so, uh, what brings you to the... uh... front hallway... ? " he asked, internally shaking a head at himself.

" he cried out, unsure what to do. he searched his body for anything that could have caused him to fall but decided it was the arc reactor. he lifted his mentor and headed to tony's workspace in the compound. he'd figure it out somehow.

@parkersweb “no, no.. kid, im fine..” he said, setting the half eaten cheeseburger down, all of sudden feeling very lightheaded. he stood up, trying to ease it down, but it only made it worse, that male collapsing to his knees, gripping his poisoned arc reactor.

" i don't know but you seem really off... and the arc reactor isn't blue. " he leaned forward. the kid was too smart to fall for tony's denials. he knew that something was off. " do i need to call mrs. potts? " he asked, reaching for his phone. tony listened to her more than anyone so getting her over there would get answers if tony was unwilling to answer.
