@partridge0601 don’t even get me started on the money exchange lol, it literally changes daily here, like now for example 1€ in our currency is like 5.3 bucks, and the economy went downhill for us since December 2024 when our presidential elections got cancelled because we were like so close to have a freaking dictator as the president and our ex pre-minister used a shot ton of the country’s money to go to fucking F1 races when he was supposed to go to congresses and shit like that :))) anywaaay i was like 14 when I went to my last concert…im 23 now soooo yeah, fuun. And for example this year to the festivals huge artists are coming, like Future and Yeat and Don Toliver and fuck knows what other rappers cus its a “rap festival”, and last year they had Asap Roky, and Travis Scott and Ice Spice and so on. And the other festival has 21 pilots coming and are about to announce others. And Ed Sheeran had a concert here like two years ago, and Coldplay and Jenifer Lopez…so its not like big artists are freaking clueless about my country…yeah its not huge and all but I feel like if they tour in like France and Poland and Hungary its really bot that hard to come here as well but I digress…. We will eventually be able to go to what concerts we want to in the future.

@AlexMariaZ46 It never happens here lol Istanbul is a big, famous place and the last one that came was Arctic Monkeys (in 2022!?) This year The NBHD is coming too. Even if they come, the dollar exchange rate is too high compared to our currency. I don't know, unfortunately, the youth of my country are being wasted... I'll probably never be able to go to all the concerts I want to go to in my lifetime.

The singers' perception of the 'world' amuses me. Dozens of concert in USA, London, Paris, a few more countries from Europe... is the WORLD limited to these places?

@partridge0601 yeaahhh but I also slightly believe their teams do all this…idk. But at the same time, for me personally, I don’t mind traveling to another country and all that if I REALLY want to go. But also in my country every summer there are these two huuuge festivals and a lot of big artists come and perform- yeah they are getting money but still- a lot of them could just come on their tours here…but idk. Also I think Harry Styles might put out a new album this year and if he is going on tour I am giving him all my money I don’t caaare. Lol :))

I understand it's a logistical undertaking, and it requires planning for the city and the arena as much as it concerns the artist's side. So it's challenging in terms of organization. But it's clear they don't want to come. They all prefer the same places.
