HAPPY BIRTHDAY 

my dad had a stroke this morning, he’s staying overnight in hospital so the doctors can monitor him. he’s struggling to talk and move one side of his body but they say he’ll be okay after a long rehabilitation process. my step mum luckily knew the signs of a stroke and was able to immediately call an ambulance which was the difference between my dad being in recovery and me losing my dad. i urge you all to read the article i’ve attached on how to spot a stroke, as you could save someone’s life. you never think it will happen to you, until it does.
