Been trying to pull for eula but whenever I manage to only get weapons, then do a single pull on albedo's banner, albedo gets his c1?

@partykiwidoge23 I always get a 5 star weapons or characters on single pulls. 10 pulls always gives me 4stars, especially the standard banner. Also, lucky you got an Albedo pull
