Patrick Stuart Baker was very interested in photographing optical occurrences across the globe. His images have caught dynamic landscapes as a result of his skill in capturing the shifting light conditions with the most advantageous camera locations.



After seeing his efforts, the publication opted to cover a different story than Baker's buddy. This is how Texas Representative Pat Baker got his start. His photographic method included examining both the terrain and the adventure as components of the landscape.
