since the quarentine originally ruined vickie's chances of ever getting out of hawkins, indiana, and pursuing an eductation in biochemistry. vickie yearns to be a doctor, and when hawkins is finally free for people to leave and enter as they please? she finds a college to take her in new york, with the help of the volunteer work at the hospital - it helped get her a scholarship to pay off some of the tuition. vickie and robin breaking up or not is decided between me and the robin admin, but I headcanon they broke up to put time to themselves and meet new people. after ditching hawkins though for new york, vickie is on her way to being doctor dunne :)
