Although I am aware that this message may or may not be relevant to all of you, allow me to share this still. I know this year has been tough for most of us, and things did not go well as planned. I’ve experienced the same thing and whether or not it mirrors what happened to you, I’m praying for our healing.
Just a little explanation, (not that I owe anyone that but just in case someone here is wondering) the reason behind the not-so-consistent updates of my stories is that I’ve been preoccupied with my acads which greatly consumed my time and effort, and other personal stuff. It was just recently when I finally had the time to continue what I’ve been writing since June of 2020. (Lol, ang bagal ng usad, I know, hahahaha!) And just when I started writing again, there came another turn of events.
The campaign period had been fun and brought another level of joy and satisfaction. But, there is no use in denying it— it was strenuous and complicated. The same goes for the election itself and its results. The outcome affected me in all possible ways— got me mad, emotional, and disappointed. At the very least, it drained the remaining hope and energy I had in my system. These sentiments cannot be debunked given how vocal I was regarding the said matter. I am disappointed up until now. And I said what I have said, and I have no regrets because I stick with them. (1/?)
