Part 2 Because of word limit.
          And maybe she finally sees the true colors of her friends when they don't care of what happened or (this could happen before the suicide discovery) she hears them talking about her behind their backs and how easy it was to make her break and how easy it was to make her  into one of them and even about her break up (maybe they could even be behind it) and she realizes that Dalia was right about them and how she allows them to tell her what to be (despite saying how tired she was of it on part 1) and dumps them. 
          
          After this Daliah could either escape the vet and hide in the streets for a while and Sarah would find her amd save her from either a feral cat or some bratty kids who hurt her. 
          And/or she could take her home, against hee will, and things get awkward and cold between them as Sarah tries to treat her injuries and make up (as she recalls how Dalia listened and asked if she was okay) but it becomes hard as Dalia freaks out every time she touches her, wont eat her food or sleep, and panics amd tries to jump out of her hand when she attempts to feed her or give her a bad due to the trauma of her cruelty. She also became selective mute and online says Miss when Sarah attempts to talk to her and refuses things every time she asks her if she wants something.

For Dominion, how about this idea?
          Timeskip after part 1( or meeting with 'friends'. Dalia becomes more terrified as Sarah's behavior becomes worse day by day, moments of 'niceness' become rare or less. Her panic attacks and depression becomes worse as she becomes a pet and scapegoat, its worse when Evelyn and Josh are present. She becomes more docile and quiet, afraid to even ask for food or going to the bathroom as Sarah has snapped. She keeps to herself and wishes everything to be over soon so she can be left alone.
          
          One day Josh ends up going too far with his human Junior and it cost him his life, much to the girls shock, through Sarah hides it. Seeing how apathetic they act as his death wasn't a big deal and could get him replaced as they don't even care about the tiny's death, Dalia realize that sooner or later her life will be taken in such a cruel way as these people weren't even careful or cared of the tinies were hurt.  She already had slf worth issues before capture but this takes the cake. The next that follows is angts.
          
          She believes that it's better to end all this hell of a life herself than to die in auch a cruel and painful way. One day Sarah forgets to lock her cage and once she leaves Sarah attempts s*icide by either falling from the cage or desk, using some glass or pieces she finds to cut herself in the arms, or use a glass of water or the wink to drown. Or Sarah could get too far and ends up harming her too much she stops responding/moving or starts bleeding.
          
          When Sarah is back she gets the shock of her life because the Dalia she knows would never attempt something like that, escape maybe but not this as a tiny that ends their life at their own hands instead of their master is almost unheard of.  In panic and guilt realizing what she has done she takes her to the vet and she manages to survive.
