Hi all! I'm in the military and have been deployed a couple of times and during the first deployment while day dreaming one day about missing my family (married with four kids) an elaborate scene that dealt partially with genie folklore (not the Disney Aladdin style) and the separation of a young girl and a young boy from their parents came to me. Since then I have been slowly piecing it together, writing, revising, writing, some more, etc. I'd finally like to push my first full draft to a new audience to share the story and hopefully receive feedback. This is the first book I have ever written so go easy! The first book in the series is Genie: The Beginning.
