A word of advice, I saw that you wanted to be a firefighter and I wanted to let you know that most places won’t accept just a firefighter. Plan on doing EMT. It makes you more employable.

@freegirl220 thank you so much for the tips!!! I've actually been training for 3 or 4 years now, my mom was a firefighter so I actually up in a firehouse!

And with fire, start training now. Running in normal clothes so you are used to the heat. It’s not the physical aspect of the job that will get you. It’s the heat. It’s better to over train for the heat than end up passing out when you go through fire school. It’s kinda embarrassing
