Soo pretend it's the 2000's/ 2010's. Sanemi, being 21, was born in the 80's/90's most likely. The reason he has no eyebrows was because he plucked 'em out in the 90's.

Slightly weird Sanemi Headcannon-
He has really high blood pressure/ heart rate, and anger is how he manages it, which is why he's always cranky. It's a choice , but also something that prevents him from being vulnerable. If he lets someone get close enough to him to the point of love, and they fluster him a lot (he also had genya's blushing phase where he passed out a lot), He passes out. Like a Victorian Maiden who's seen ankle.
