She inherits the second highest position in the ministry from her mother's side (which is where she gets her power and wealth) which you learn more about in the book. She is an American exchange student who happens to catch the eye of a certain Slytherin Prince and A Boy who Lived... It's still being worked on, but it's almost done! Hope you like it!
