So I have been working on a new fantasy novel., and for the first time it is an original. I've done originals before, and I've worked with fantasy before. But I've never tried writing a Fantasy book that was entirely of my own until now. 
          And I'm thinking about posting it here, not all of it, because I'm hoping to professionally publish. But I love the feedback that I get here on my better books, and thought it would be good ensight before I start seriously looking into getting it published. It's not completed but I have the first four chapters drafted and the first chapter completely edited.

okay, I need an opinion. So as many of you who have written fanfiction before. It is a love hate relationship because of the unfortunate reputation of fanfiction. Long story short my friend asked me to write my own take on a book set to come out in april, I agreed hoping to not fall back into fanfiction obsession. I started to fall in love with a story i already loved, and started loving my own version of the story. Well it's actually going a lot better than expected. And i'm considering posting it , but fear if I do I will fall completely back into the fanfiction boat and stop focusing on my original. stories. 
          
          and heres. the context of my dilema 
          So I had finally left fanfiction writing and was focusing more on original stories. That is until one of my best friends showed me this book series called Powerless. The series is currently incomplete until this upcoming April. If you know how Reckless (the second book in that series) ended then you know the frustration. Both  my friend adn I love this series. And when we read the ending she begged me to write my own take on the next book because she "could not wait" and "wanted an alternative if Fearless turned out against our favor" 
          So I agreed and didn't plan on posting it and it would be a one and done writing project. But unfortuantley I have become invested in the story. 
          I'm considering posting it, to see what others think but I'm not sure. Are there any thought.

I have succeeded in my start to adulthood! I have a job, working as a waitress in a diner in my hometown!
