I just want to thank you for writing Escapism. I recently got told that I have Polycystic Ovaries, and while my experiences aren't as bad as in the book, I can relate. It certainly took me a while to adjust, because I previously thought that I was fat and ugly because I was obese and that I was obese because I was lazy and stupid. But it has helped me think better of myself, in a way. I want to thank you for writing about it , seeing as this is the first time I've ever seen a novel about it. But I also want to wish you a recovery, because nobody deserves this.
