Yeah well lotr fans are of lots of ages, genders, etc and i guess we just ship people differently
          I'm pretty sure that if i ask my parents they'll say no, they're not a couple but maybe my sister would agree with me, yk?

@ DandelionWillow21  hmm well when i joined the fandom i was really really young and i didn't, i saw them only as friends but i recently watched the movies again (i did read the book only that was a few years ago and i don't really remember stuff from it, so I'll be talking about the movies) i started to ship them cause there were so many good scenes with them
          I mean, the whole battle of the five armies movie made me ship them so much, you can take any scene with them in that movie and I'll start squealing lol
          And now I'm not that kind of person that just has to ship everyone, that can't stand to have people that are just friends in a book or a movie or something but these two just seem like a good ship
