It's that time of year again where almost everyone is a festive mood. It snuck up on me this year and I don't feel like its just days away, but hopefully, you do!
Have your self a merry little Christmas or whatever you celebrate! (made up or not)
I and I hope you all have a fantastic year. But before I go here's a few things I want y'all to remember or know.
1. Don't let people get in the way of doing things you love and also, "Do more of what makes you happy"-A.D. this is my favorite quote and I think everyone should know it.
2. Always look on the bright side of things (life's a lot better on this side)
3. Don't be afraid to let go. Whether it's a relationship or a toy from when you were three, if you don't benefit from it, let go. (this is something we all should work on)
4. Write more. If you struggle with writing just google writing prompts. Whatever you write may be crappy but never stop doing it or one day you may regret it.
5. Read more! Find books you haven't read or just read your favorite again! If you struggle finding something new to read as a friend, teacher, parent, or librarian. A few that I've read recently are "Not if I See You First" and "A Tragic Kind of Wonderful" both by Eric Lindstrom (they are really good) and I have also read the first book (out of three) "Girl Online" by Zoe Sugg (also really good). All three of them are about a teenage girl that struggles with something in her life. They have to overcome it or at least find a better solution. They all go through challenges and have a love interest. Though I have described them the same, they are all very different and have a lesson that everyone should discover for themselves. So go and get yourself a copy!! You won't be disappointed.
6. And finally, I want all of you to go into this new year knowing that some person out there loves you. If you can't come up with someone than remember that I do. If ever need to talk just shout and I will hear you!
So, Happy Holidays and New Year!
