Philip A. McClimon is an author who writes in the Science Fiction, Fantasy, Post Apocalyptic, and Dystopian genres. 

A veteran of the United States Navy, it was while deployed to Iraq during operation Iraqi Freedom that the long held dream of being a writer reawakened. Studying the mechanics of story and narrative structure, Philip honed his craft. Upon his return to America, he focused primarily on screenplays. He wrote a Western, a science fiction piece, a sword and sorcery script, and two action adventures. Recognizing the opportunity that self-publishing was beginning to offer, he wrote his first novel. Nicole's Odyssey is a story set in a zombie apocalypse. The first book in the H.E.L.L. (Human Extinction Level Loss) world, it was well received, and for Phil there was no turning back. He followed up Nicole's Odyssey with two more novellas and a short story set in the same world and has plans for several more installments. Whatever the genre, Philip seeks to create multi-layered characters in rich worlds, facing extreme odds and challenges.
