Born In 1960,Phillius Y.Billius is the son of Lord Arturio Billius,duke of Mexico and Lady Jemimamay Mason,duchess of China.His royal lineage made him the rightful heir to the throne of Spain.By age 13,Phillius denounced the throne in order to establish an institution aimed to help dolphins with AIDS.

By age 20,Phillius now a succesful politician,fought for the Philippines to be recognized as a continent instead of a part of Asia.However,this move failed and he cut of his left arm as a reminder of his failure and entrusted it to one of his disciples Simmonius Tanggaren,ex-boyfriend of Daenerys Targaryen (she dumped him).

By age 25, Phillius incited a 10 year war between his fellow Spaniards and the republic of China,because he bought something made from China and couldn't get a refund when it broke.After the war,to stop the bloodshed China eventually had to give him a refund.

As a sign of his victory,Phillius asked his severed hand back from Simmonius and attached it back in on his left arm.

Sadly,Phillius died saving Greece from a nuclear bomb designed by the evil Dr.KaYoLoEus O
