12 year old Billy Batson was once an orphan, living in the streets of Philadelphia before being discovered by Whiz Media which was when Billy's life had become nothing but enriched. He works for them as a part time reporter, where he is also awarded an exceptional income to keep him off the streets.


"Eh.. you know my brother FREDDY, is more into the superhero stuff than I am. It's whatever though."


Living with his siblings, uncle and a shapeshifting animal companion, Billy is a seemingly normal middle schooler; his life is full of Vine references, raiding the local 7-eleven, and superheroes.

Billy may be just a regular kid, but he stands out in the crowd; notably sticking up for those who can't for themselves, y'know, like a typical hero; More then he soon realizes.
