literally read through the 943 pages of documents released yesterday relating to epstein just to make sure cate blanchett wasn't involved
I panicked bc news articles were putting her name on the list, but he just name dropped her once. she has zero involvement with him (based off of what was released) and my eyes hurt from looking through all of that

@lovenarcissa in the 2016 proceedings, one of the women who would give Epstein massages was being questioned, and one of the lines of questioning was based off of an article that had been published. she was asked, "I saw one press report that said you had met Cate Blanchett or Leonardo Dicaprio?" She said "I did not meet them, no. When I spoke about them, it was when I was massaging him, and he would get off -- he would be on the phone a lot at that time, and one time he said, Oh, that was Leonardo, or, that was Cate Blanchett, Or Bruce Willis. That kind of thing." Then after that, the lawyer asked again to clarify that she had never met Leonardo Dicaprio or Cate Blanchett and she said no. Out of all of the pages released, that's the only time her name was mentioned. I've been super interested in all of this stuff since he got arrested, so when more stuff is released I'll also be reading through that to see if she's on any sort of list or logs, but I don't think she will be based off of these documents.
