Check-in time!!! How has everyone been? I hope you all are well and sending hugs! So I found a short story while perusing my old tumblr pages that I thought fitted the week of my birthday. So I edited it and posted it. I mean haven't we all wondered what we looked like to someone having a crush on us or if someone does; I have and I didn't know what that would look like so I wrote it. It a was nice prompt because it is kinda challenging and fun! So hope you enjoy it!

Check-in time!!  How have you guys been? I hope you have been well and are healthy and are having a good summer! So I have collected some of the short prose I have been writing and some pics that I have taken and put them together into Drabbles That Come to Mind#1(since I had some time since my summer position is wrapping up, fingers crossed for a full time!). Hope you enjoy and are well until the next check-in!

So I haven't been here in a while and I apologize. I'm kinda lowkey nervous to write this tbh, but it has been a long time coming. 
          So what happened?  In short, my mental health kinda tanked and instead of being kind to myself and having writing be my escape and joy, I was too hard on myself, to the point I didn't like it, so I had to step away and figure that out honestly. Then, I got a retail job( that I despise, but income) and now a research internship. So a lot happened and it made me feel worse about writing and not being consistent. And I felt a load of imposter syndrome. 
          That being said, I'm doing better. And my summer is a bit freer because of this and I'm working fewer hours at the retail job. So we making some changes and updates and outline some stuff coming soon.
          1. It's not going to be that consistent, I have to fit it in between work and interning, but will keep you updated on Instagram @installmentsweird and will check in when I can
          2. I'm bringing my Tumblr blog to a close and posting on here, insta and medium
          3. We just gonna have fun with it honestly. I have plans to rewrite Social Alien because honestly I love that story and want to see where it goes. Also, I have been posting drabbles based on pictures I have taken on my insta, and I didn't realize how much I liked doing that, so I will repost them here every so often when I have enough. And I'm working on another story( but that is way ahead, focusing on shorter works for now.)
          Thank you guys for your support and honestly, I hope to just have y'all just have a good time here!! It feels good to be back.
          P.S. Also one of my fave authors on this platform is getting published, What??!! I'm so so so proud of her!! Caffeine by @meddlingkids is incredible!!

Happy verrryyyyy belated new year. I hope everyone is healthy and happy and wishing you guys the absolute best for this year! So we have finally arrived at the conclusion of Mors. I just posted the last chapter and the epilogue is coming out tomorrow. Thank you for being patient and going along on this ride. I have definitely learned a lot about my writing and what helps me out the most and just writing longer stories in general. And I got to interact with some cool people. Once this story is done, I do plan to move on to other stories before coming back and doing a major overhaul to it(mostly just need to make it more cohesive).  With all that said, I am really proud of it and can't wait for you to read it! I do plan to write more(promise it won't take years this time)  and can't wait to share with ya! Sending virtual hugs and positive vibes.

So long time, no see. I'm sorry, a lot has happened and I really needed to get my stuff together. Though good news, I have a job(granted at a home improvement store, but still excited!) The ending to Mors is a work in progress, sorry it is taking so long, but I just don't seem to be getting it right and I want to for you guys-so I apologize, but it's still happening and hopefully sooner rather than later, it's just been tough. 
          In other news, I recently posted an excerpt from my blog. I believe it's my first kiss scene that I have posted ever; I wanted to play around with that and it's loosely based on my first kiss. So feel free to check it out! Hey guys,  so I know a lot is going on in the world and it's both a very important time and a very overwhelming time, so I honestly hope that you guys are doing as well as you can.
