My summary for Worlds Apart:
          
          Plot:  the seven have just come back from their quest against Gaea not even a year ago, but what they didn't know was they left some loose ties along the way. Now, with the help some some new friends, and some old, they'll have to find a way to prevent Kronos from rising again, close a portal to stop the monsters from regenerating by the hundreds, and yes. They may even have to ask Hera for help along the way. Demigods, hunters as gods must unite to stop Kronos, monsters, and a revelation to the mortal. The problem is, their all worlds apart. Can they get past it all in order to save them all, and keep Camp Half-Blood a secret?

Done! That turned out nicely I think.  It's 1 in the morning here tho, so I'm off to bed for the night.
