            “Oh, it’s nothing really. Just, the diner shut down, as I’m sure you’ve noticed. It put me in a tough spot, but I’m alright.” She forced a bit brighter of a smile.” But enough about that.”

            She smiled weakly.” He can’t hurt me like this. I mean, at least not really.” The woman was quiet for a moment and nodded.” Thank you. Truly.”

            "Oh..." John's expression soured. He didn't like the idea that her husband wasn't a nice man and was waiting for her to come back. Not one bit. "I'm not happy about what you've told me. About him... but anywho, I will help you in any way I can."

/  he has a fear of balloons popping unexpectedly. other noises like that don't really bother him, so he's unsure why balloons popping do.

            Aurinko frowned.” If it wasn’t survivable, I wouldn’t be standing here right now.” She looked over all of them.” This is amazing… You’ve been living out here this whole time? Your ancestors… How did they survive the initial blast? What type of shelters do you have? Oh, I have so many questions.”

            The other man spoke up and looked to the others,  "really?"  There was shocked looks all around. "Well, to test that theory..." Johnathan took the helmet off with ease, despite having to undo the mechanism that held it onto the suit. "John!" The lady said with shock, surprised that he'd believe they were safe so quickly.
            "I'm sure I'll be fine. If not, I'm blaming you." He pointed at the redhead jokingly.

            The redhead looked at them with a frown.” You’ve been able to survive in the radiation…” She shook her head to clear her thoughts.” Well, you don’t need them anymore. The radiation is at negligible levels now. It’s survivable.”

            "No, no, it's alright." He smiled, and blew on the coffee before taking a sip. "You're right. That means we both have good taste."

            “Sorry for being so rude… people have been taking my coffee order lately and it’s really annoying.” They laughed a little awkwardly before reaching out to take their iced coffee after they’d handed over the other one. “At least we had pretty similar looking orders…”

            "You're right." The man in the blue suit admitted after looking at the coffee for a second. "My mistake. Er, here you go."  Johnathan sets the coffee down as to not spill it and then reaches out for his own.

            “ hmm ,”  opaline sat in thought for a mere second before shaking her head lightly .  “ you can play anything .”  although her shoulders shrugged ,  she was genuinely intrigued and excited to hear what the other could play .
