genuine question…literally how do ppl make friends within fandoms bru? I always feel like it’s so hard frl, I mean I tryy but I always fall flat I feel like the last time I rrly had online friends bc of a fandom I was apart of was like 2021 on twt…shoutout to my mjj moots back then btw

honestly it can be hard — I’ve had my fair share of difficult fandom friendships, but I’ve made a lot of genuine friends within them as well. I think the main thing is agreeing to disagree with certain things. a lot of people in fandoms are really opinionated and hate to be considered wrong or have people disagree with them & that’s what makes friendships difficult. I think finding a balance between and actual friendship and having that connection with your fav celebrity etc is the best way to go about fandom friendships tbh.
