thank you a lot, @sugarbblast ! i'm going to rewrite the conflicted chapters soon after my final examinations are finished, then upload them all into one again at the latest chapter! 
            
            adding to this reply, i just had a conversation with my friend that i trusted my fanfic with—and sadly, she ended up confirming that she did rely on chatgpt and gemini; right now i don't have the heart (or calm mind) to reply to her again after that message of hers. it's just unsettling; more even heavy on my shoulders, and i'm still disappointed at her for using a tool where it ended up with my story basically getting so many conflicts in the details and the writing style itself. i can't imagine how many people were confused and conflicted reading some parts while dubious that they were ai-generated :(
            
            but anyway, no, your commentary about it on my board wasn't the least bit rude or anything of the sort! if ever, i'm most grateful to you since you pointed it out even, since if you hadn't i wouldn't even notice it. again—thank you so much!! please enjoy your day, or night! <3

@piercethevineil hello, thank you so so much for replying & clearing it up for me ! i'm really sorri if my message came of as rude or anything like that—i just really wanted to ask for confirmation.. i hope this doesn't unmotivate you in any way because i rlly rlly adore your fics ! your explanation rlly cleared things up, that's why on some chapters it feels like your normal writing style & on some it's just off.. ( not trying to frame your close friend for the ai writing but it honestly does get weird on some chapters.. )but the plot is honestly so good , again thank yew for clearing it up for me ! I'll continue to read n support your work c:

@sugarbblast hi! thank you for telling me about it, honestly i wasn't sure how it would go since i usually write in third person, and when i tried second person with the "you"/"your" it was quite difficult. i read some other fanfiction with the same pov and made them as reference, but everytime i do i kind of cringe since i'm not really well off in that style, especially with the genre of the story. when i looked through reddit about how to make the writing look glum or scared in a way in the perspective of a child, i read on how the character should repeat words and use simple terms; how they should follow the words of an adult or those circling her. 
            
            another thing is that i don't proof read my writing, been really busy with university recently and i trusted my drafts to my close friend. she's the one who finishes them off and publishes it in my stead; i only ever get to read the comments once a week but not the chapter entirely. thanks for telling me about the ai-ish writing, though. i'll talk to her about it and possibly give the entire story a rewrite, i really don't tolerate the use of it and hate how it's used in my writing, hence why it's probably changed in some chapters of the story like you said. pardon my rudeness if there's any tone of it in my message! i'm just really upset right about hearing about the use of ai. again, many thank yous!

@kibuzan @piercethevineil thank you very much for replying, because yesterday i was in an anxiety frenzy. with so much happening in the world, im afraid of losing everything that once meant a lot to me, and idk why it hit harder yesterday when i revisited some old books i used to read, to see some haven't been updated in years, authors gone, and kny community on Wattpad being so silent and all that. life is hard.. though i wish one day they all do return.
            
            I'll continue working on my book, long enough that you'll be able to read them. i too am working on my book, but the lack of engagement really demotivates me. i even contemplated quitting entirely.. but ig that wouldn't be how it's supposed to be for me.. I've got to work hard for my past self atleast. and maybe in the future we'll get to see a glimpse of the golden days once again.
            
            im grateful that you consider us friends still, and our time together is just as precious to you..i hope we can stay connected long time even outside Wattpad. hope you do well, I'll be here.

@kibuzan hey! it's so good to see this message. to be reall, you’re not being pushy at all—it’s actually really nice to know the 'good ol days' meant as much to you as they did to me. 2021-2023 was the time of our lives because of quarantine and we had nothing else to do after all—wattpad was at its prime LOL. i definitely still consider us friends—dont cha worry :))
            
            i’m still chipping away at my book (slowly but surely grr), and i'd love to hear more about what you're working on too—unfortunely i can't read them yet since i hate being left on a cliffhanger a LOT GRAAAH
